Grounded in the Word,

The author's are extremely grounded in the Scriptures and this book will help you be grounded too. It functions a lot like a workbook once you get past the first 2/3, which is very helpful for this sort of thing. The authors by no means intended this as a quick fix for the reader. The answer to your problems with anger can't be dealt with via methods but only through God's grace. This book, however, has been a very effective means of grace that God has used for me. I recomend it over any other in it's catagory.

Anderson Neil is an excellent author and very knowledgeable of the Word of God. I enjoyed all of his books.

This book is an eye opening book by Neil T Anderson into anger. It doesn't just talk about anger it gets to the root cause of anger.
