This is one of the best books I've read on nutrition and natural food. Mr. Kirban has an excellent sense of humor which he displays throughout the book. It's not a very long book, but it's packed with good information from a common sense perspective. I especially appreciated the inclusion of his faith in Jesus Christ and the many quotes from the Bible that support his conclusions. Great book!
