5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent working refrence, April 14, 2007
This review is from: Getting a Bigger Sound: Pickups and Microphones for Your Musical Instrument (Paperback)
I recomend this book to anyone interested, or actively designing/fabricating musical instruments. I purchased it as a companion to "Musical Instrument Design - Information for instrument making". This (Bigger Sound) book does an excellent job of presenting the whole story about bringing music to the electronic domain. The otherwise gory physics details are explained clearly with the intent to empower you to efectively amplify whatever noises you want to make. This is the kind of book that should get tatterd on you workbench, 'cause youre gonna use it a lot.
