Lou Priolo hits a home run again! I wholeheartedly recommend this book for any young adult, even if your teenager wouldn't currently view themselves as struggling with anger. We have two boys in their teenage season of life who have described this book as meaningful, profitable, and biblical. It's a no-nonsense practical handbook that addresses real heart issues from God's perspective. Lou uses easy-to-understand real-life examples, and asks skillful and insightful questions so we can all assess where we currently stand before God. This book also provides great hope to change and grow toward Christ's likeness for anyone who is willing to apply it's wisdom. As a family, we've discussed a host of the biblical truths that surface as you read this very helpful manual packed full of counsel that points us to God's timeless Word - the ultimate soul food. Thanks, Lou, for your faithful ministry to the broader body of Christ.

This book is a must read for anyone who even knows a teenager, in my opinion. Even Christian kids struggle with anger and this book will give them the tools to handle their emotions in way that pleases God. The vocabulary was a little advanced for my 13-year-old nephew with whom I read the book, but because we read it together I was able to talk him through the difficult parts. I, myself, learned so much from this book and really wish I had had it when I was a teenager and when I was raising my own teenagers. I think it is packed full of some of the most valuable information I have ever read in a book outside of the Bible and Mr. Priolo uses Scripture to support his own opinions throughout.

A wonderful tool to help deal with anger in teen children. Really blessed my family.
