From Library Journal
This is a detailed examination of infertility, aimed at family doctors and their patients. The author, an Australian gynecologist, discusses the various methods of diagnosing and treating this relatively com mon complaint. Using many diagrams, charts, and illustrations, he also covers how successful (or not) the procedures are in producing a healthy baby. The short "further reading" list contains dated references that seem only halfheartedly recommended. Although the title addresses the infertile couple, the text is too technical and dry to be of interest to any but their doctor. Libraries probably already own more suitable focused titles. Not recommended.
