Good info...kind of pricy, but for some reason that seems to be the nature of the "getting promoted" beast.
Dr. Paul Whisenand has some great ideas and insight, and I did get promoted over several officers my senior so I would recommend this and the other promotional books I purchased. This one was a good overall summary of things to do and not to do. Every little bit helps!
