The book is very helpful for practice of medical office procedures but mine arrived with a cd that looks and feels like it has been repeatedly sprayed with hair spray. It was attached to the book with a metal paperclip and not in a sleeve of any kind. It did not wash off and still is in poor condition. I usually have great luck with Amazon purchases and seller usually are very truthful but not this time.
