About the Author

Larry Eggleston is a graduate of Indiana University School of business with a degree in marketing. Graduate studies in contract management were taken at Florida Institute of Technology. The Air University at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in conjunction with the National Contract Management Association Certified Mr. Eggleston as a professional Contract Manager.

Mr. Eggleston has 35 years in contracting of which 6 years are with industry and 29 are with the U.S. Government. During the Government service he served as a contract specialist, a contract negotiator, a contract administrator, and a contracting officer.

This brief little pamphlet is of little help to those serious about competing for government contracts. It contains little information, yet costs.... Save your money and buy a more comprehensive book.

THIS BOOK HAS BEEN LIKE A SECOND BIBLE TO ME. I AM 36 YEARS OLD AND LEARNING A NEW CAREER. HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF DOING GOVERMENT CONTRACTS I HAVE SEARCHED ALL OVER THE INTERNET FOR INFORMATION AND WAS UNABLE TO FIND OUT MUCH. TILL I CAME ACCROSS YOUR BOOK "GETTING STARTED IN GOVERMENT CONTRACTING" IT IS GREAT IT GOES STEP BY STEP EASY TO FOLLOW I RECOMMENDED THIS BOOK TO ANYONE GETTING STARTED IN THIS FIELD.
