Very useful
I have read all the reviews and agree with every one of them. This book provides some great icebreakers and energizers and does a good job of explaining them. Yes, you can get similar exercises in other books, there are a ton out there, but for someone who needs a lot of good exercises in one book, this may be your choice.

Too expensive, too short, same old-same old stuff
This book has a lot of so-called energizers which have appeared in one form or another in 30 other books on the same topic. There's nothing fresh about this approach and the textbook manufacturer has, as usual, priced this way beyond its worth.skip it.

A Different Point of View,

Personally, I found this book to be a great resource and found many of the activities new and refreshing. The ones that seemed more "tried and true" were accompanied by insightful uses for a variety of interpersonal skills. The price is well within the range of other resources of this type. I say, give it a try -- you'll like it. The other books by this author continue to present a host of fun-filled and educational activities.
