Everyone who has been on the weight roller coaster needs to be sure and buy this book, It is inspiring and encouraging. I have spent my life on that roller coaster and I feel so motivated to make a workable plan to finally take off my weight and keep it off.

It is written by someone who obviously been there with the rest of us and is not judgmental. I look forward to having her on my side on this journey.

It is very easy to get off track,but this book will help you and me get back in the race and come out winners.
There are 5 other books to help us all. I plan on getting them all.

This book is a must have for anyone who is on the brink of ditching their new healthier lifestyle. I've found myself slowly gaining back some of the weight I'd lost because I've kind of stopped paying attention. Paula reminded me that I should look at the positive things that I haven't lost sight of and that I shouldn't be down on myself. Getting back on track is key and Paula gave me the shot in the arm and the reminder for how to do that. This is a helpful resource for anyone having difficulty keeping the weight off.

In fact, I do not need this book at all. I bought this book for my brother that is obese and very over-weight. At the first glance, this book is not fantastic appealing to us. We thought it may be another typical losing weight book out there. In fact, my brother had bought tons of such books and don't seems to have much results with losing weight.

When I told him about this book, as usual he was skeptical about it, but I still went ahead and got him this book. Wow! As we flipped through the pages, we found golden nuggets within especially there is a concrete plan of losing weight. In short, it is a great for anyone who has been trying very hard to lose weight but not getting the results. All I can say, it WORKS!

This is a great book to read for those of us who have gained weight unexpectedly. Sadly, I fall into that category :)

One of the best chapters in the book deals with reflecting on what went wrong. This is something that I really needed to do after I put on an extra 20 pounds out of nowhere. Didn't take much reflecting for me to know where I have failed. Snacking! Gets me every time.

I really enjoyed how the author was so positive throughout the book. I tend to get down on myself once I start to gain weight and this book is really a great pick-me-up.

Of course the chapter titled "A New Plan For Lasting Success" was the best part about the book to me. I have slipped a bit in the past few months but my new plan should get me back on track.

Awesome book!

This book is good for someone who is trying to get into the habit of losing weight. It takes a lot of work and motivation, as well as eating and working out correctly. This book will do just that.

I enjoyed reading this book, mostly because it was personal and real, not some rehashed weight loss book.

It was truly written by someone who had success losing weight, but then gained some back. And the writer gives specific examples of what she did wrong and simple ways to overcome those missteps.

And this is not written by an author who scraped together just one book on weight loss. In fact, this author has many other books in her series that will give you the motivation and tips for getting back on track with your weight loss plan.

Which one of us has lost weight and not had a relapse? I love hearing about how P Seymour fought back against the oops moment, as she calls it.

She takes the pressure off of us (because that's what causes failure imo). When she says, "life happened to me," I instantly shook my head "yep." I've been there. It happens. The key is to know how to not let it ruin your life. This really has to be a lifelong change and I like the way the author helps us make a plan for that. She doesn't just say "get back on the wagon," but gives us real steps to implement to make the weight loss permanent.

She's very personable and I've become a member of her Facebook fan group so we can all support each other. it's at [...] if you want to meet us there.

This series is a keeper; truly as inspiring as the first book and you can't say that about all series. Every issue you have had or will have on your weight loss journey is addressed. In this latest book, the author takes you through her journey from weight gain to weight loss. I think most of us just keep gaining until it's totally out-of-control, so reading what caused her to gain weight is a cautionary tale for you to know - ahead of time! Recommended reading BEFORE you need it.

I don't know if you've found me here because you do have 100+ pounds to lose or maybe less. Either way, I want you to know that the book series that you see below is a labor of love for me.

I've lost 120 lbs (the picture you see here) which left me feeling healthy, fit and capable of anything I set my mind to...AND my story continues as someone who found herself looking at a weight gain of almost half that weight 2.5 yrs later.

I don't want to be that person who is selling you a formula for losing weight fast and fixing your life, yet hiding behind my own weight and insecurities. I will tell you straight out that you and I are very much the same. I'm not perfect in this and I like to call myself a work-in-progress for sure.

I know what it's like to feel like giving up. I know what it's like to let the weight control our lives.

PLEASE hear me when I say that you are not alone and you REALLY can change your life.

You are fully capable and you don't need a fad diet or a fast weight loss plan.

You do need to be able to believe in yourself and you need to know that YOU can create a very realistic plan that will have you losing weight AND enjoying your life as you do so. It is possible and it's not JUST about the scale.

I hope that you will allow me to "walk with you" as you create a plan for your own success. I would love nothing more than to hear from you and celebrate your successes along the way.
