I have So Big and this CD by Hap Palmer. In general, I like Hap Palmer's songs because they are catchy and not tied-in to product promotions (like Disney and others). He produces songs enjoyable for all of my children, and I have to admit, I find myself singing along, too.

This CD contains several "self-awareness" types of songs. I have a child on the autistic spectrum, and I found the songs on feelings to be especially useful. The overall message of these songs is to learn about yourself and be satisfied that you are who you are. These are particularly important concepts for an autistic child.

I am such a fan of Hap Palmer, that I suspect I'll eventually own all of his music.

Hap Palmer lends his gentle voice and melodies to a fabulous collection of songs here. They incorporate enough movement to maintain interest, but at intervals that will not cause things to detiorate into bedlam. I've used this collection with a class of 35 3 to 6 year olds at a Montessori school--it was our "morning warm-up." We especially liked "Turn-a-round." This collection enhances listening skills.

I love this cd, and have used it for several years in my classroom of three year olds. The kids love the music, especially Sammy. Shake something is fun too. I also have a 22 year old assistant teacher who loves this cd so much that she says she is going to bring it to a nightclub so she can bust it out on the dance floor to the song Left and Right. Way to go Hap!

My son is autistic and was in the public special education since he was 2 1/2. They used this CD so I wanted to buy it myself. I think it is great, I even found myself getting into it!

I am a children's yoga and movement teacher and I ordered this CD to help add variety to my lessons. The music is fun, the movement activites are varied and do-able for even very young children and the songs are an appropriate length.

Great for rainy-day fun as well. A must for preschool teachers and day care providers!

This is the album our daughter (now 26) remembers more than any other when she was a toddler. Her preschool had it, and when she began singing the songs from it nonstop, we got the tape.

Now she has a one year old son and is singing these songs to him. I suspect one day he'll be singing them to his little one.

My students love this cd! Mostly, we listen to "Sammy," but they get such a kick out of it and always ask for it. It is too cute to see them act out how Sammy gets to the store.

Listened to this when I was little kid. Bought this for my nephews. Just as great as I remember. A must have for any kid

Bought the video years ago and preschoolers loved it. Somehow got misplaced so bought the CD and we enjoy it everyday.

This cd is so much fun! My one and three- year-olds love to dance to the music. It also helps to teach them to follow directions.
