I am a lover of espresso and cappuccino and the Tassimo machine's T-Discs fit the bill. The convenience comes at a cost, however. Each cup of cappuccino costs around a dollar. The cost of a shot of T-Disc espresso or regular coffee is about 50 cents. This is comparable to other, less sophisticated, "pod" machines. I love my Tassimo for its versatility. The coffees and teas come out perfectly every time. I haven't had a chance to try the hot chocolate but I'm confidant it won't disappoint.

The Tassimo Cappuccino T-Discs make a wonderful treat. In less than 3 minutes you have a very good cappuccino that satisfies and the price is better than going to Starbucks, Coffe Bean or other chains. The machine takes the guesswork out of making it and the discs are pre-measured and very easy to use, cleanup is a snap with a paer towel!

I chose the Tassimo machine in large part because of the promise of being able to make espresso, cappuccino, and regular coffee in one machine, with minimal effort, minimal cleaning, and individually sealed portions. In my household, we do not drink a great deal of coffee, but do enjoy the occasional espresso, cappuccino, or latte, and wanted to be able to offer coffee to our guests. While all of the beverages I have tried in the Tassimo have been tasty, the Cappuccino T-Disc really stands out as something special.

The flavor and aroma are quite nice, and the foam layer has a surprisingly authentic consistency. It's not as good as a cappuccino you might buy in a coffeehouse or make at home with an espresso machine, but it's a very enjoyable beverage -- 4 stars. I've given the T-Disc 5 stars because of the convenience of the Tassimo system.

The cost, approximately $1 per drink, is certainly higher than the cost of beans and milk used with a traditional espresso machine to prepare a cappuccino. However, that assumes you make espresso, cappuccino, and/or latte at home frequently enough for the investment in a dedicated espresso machine to be worthwhile, that you use your supply of beans or ground coffee before they go stale, and that you desire to spend the additional time involved in preparing cappuccino the traditional way. For the more occasional cappuccino drinker, the cost per drink may well be lower with the Tassimo.

I love my Tassimo machine and I have to admit that the cappucino is what it does best. Also, you save on the price, cause it comes out only to a dollar per cup -which, let's admit it- is almost one fourth of a Starbucks cappucino. I personally also like the taste and I think it's good quality.

The Tassimo machine is perfect for people who like to enjoy different tastes. Unfortunately it is not so fit for people who like the regular drip coffee cause that, too, comes out to a dollar per cup which is too high compared to what you would pay for a pound of coffee and use for many cups. Also, their regular coffee is not quite as good. Therefore I have kept my coffee machine to brew regular coffee and I am using this one for lattes, cappucinos and hot chocolate. The tea it makes is rather good, too.

These T-Discs make a good cup of cappuccino, close to coffee house quality for much less cost. The discs are easy to use, and your cappuccino is ready in about 2 minutes. They are also very easy to clean up, just throw away the discs when you are done.

I am addicted to my morning Tassimo Cappuccinos. I can't tell you how much it has saved me on time and money at Starbucks. Although on occasion I still need my Caramel Macchiato, the Gevalia Cappuccino is a great alternative and now that it comes in decaf, it's available to me at any time, day or night. Tassimi is my favorite kitchen appliance!

I found to be the cappuccino discs to be a huge disappointment. I bought the Tassimo system because I was so excited about easy cappuccino at home, and excited about not spending so much on it on a daily basis in coffee shops in NYC - but the taste just didn't sit well with me. Maybe there was something wrong with the milk discs I got, but the drink ended up tasting a lot like condensed milk - with this strange sweet flavor - that was not good - and not normal for a cappucino. I would reccomend the Mastro Lorenzo Crema instead, by far...

Gevalia Cappuccino tastes great. Very easy to make. Put espresso T-Disc in for espresso, and then put cappuccino

cream T-Disc for cream. Less than 2 minutes. Less than $1 a cup.
