This chocolate is my top choice for cakes and ganaches. I also use it to make bittersweet chocolate ice cream. Deep chocolatey and smooth, it melts like a dream, and always yields great results.

I bought a box of 12 and I use it mostly in baking, but can certainly be enjoyed by itself.

I like this so much better than Lindt, which has definitely gone down in quality.

So, buy Girardelli!
