Easy to Measure and Weigh,

I originally purchased these unsweetened baking chips for recipes that use stevia as a sweetener. I ended up using them in a recipe that called for four ounces of unsweetened chocolate and they were much easier to weigh than regular baking chocolate. With the chips there is no need to chop chocolate from a block. You simply weigh the chips and you are done with the job. While it is true that they taste terrible on their own they work very well in recipes that call for unsweetened chocolate. I used them in a recipe from PICNIC: 125 Recipes with 29 Seasonal Menus and made a delicious chocolate zucchini cake. Since I can't find these chips in my local grocery store I was happy to find them here at amazon. I'd list the ingredients but all the packet says is "unsweetened chocolate."
