5.0 out of 5 stars Great Childhood Memory, December 20, 2004
This review is from: Meg and the Ghost of Hidden Springs (Library Binding)
This was one of the first books I read when I was a little girl. I loved it, and read it several times. I would definitely reccommend it to young people, girls & boys, who enjoy a good ghost story!

4.0 out of 5 stars Childhood classic, November 20, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Meg and the Ghost of Hidden Springs (Library Binding)
I first read this book when I was ten years old. This is my favorite childhood book. I found it at a garage sale, and have only found one other in the Meg series. I loved this! I read it over and over again and even made a game for a school project based on the book. It's a Nancy Drew meets a typical preteen girl. Wonderful. Beautiful. I'm so happy just to see this book! I've got to track down the rest of the series and read them - and I'm twenty now! =o)

5.0 out of 5 stars Spooky mystery for girls, October 10, 1997
By
L Gross (Frankfort, KY) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Meg and the Ghost of Hidden Springs (Library Binding)
This is another in the series of Meg mysteries, possibly published in the early '70s. The storyline is eerie -- Meg discovers that an old mansion is occupied by what seems to be a restless spirit. The ghost is a young girl who comitted suicide decades earlier after no one showed up for a fancy party she gave. Meg, with the help of her best friend Kerry, her father and others in the community, unravels the mystery. This book is entertaining and surprisingly complex, particularly in how the ghost is unmasked.
