The Old House Mystery,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Ghost Lane (Hardcover)
The story begins with Richard Morgan, an 11-year-old boy who, with his father Griffith, has rented a cottage in an English village called Gosford. He soon meets 2 other kids, Fan and Nolly Shaw. The landlord, Mr. Drew, who lives in Goslings, invites them all to tea. But soon Goslings is burglarized! The 3 kids look into it but Nolly is kidnapped! He is eventually found in an opera house. When Nolly speaks out, the mystery of Goslings is revealed. I totally recommend this book because it has an amazing climax.
