They do not provide any support for the games. In my case, I cannot install the game as the installer does not accept my "Multiplayer ID", claiming it to be invalid.
I recommend that if you purchase GRAW2, you do not use the "Encore" entry - get it as direct as possible from UBISOFT.

Having played numerous Rainbow Six and Ghost Recon games (including Advanced Warfighter 1) and trying to get that last little bit of mileage out of my old Pentium 4, I figured that Advanced Warfighter 2 would be $10 well spent. My system exceeds the recommended specs, so I anticipated performance to be quite good, although this was not necessarily the case. During parts of certain missions, especially after completing an objective and immediately being swarmed by enemy reinforcements, there would be several seconds of severe lag during which things like reloading, switching weapons and using my weapon scope took seemingly forever. Also, the time spent watching new missions or saved games load was infuriating on a PC comfortably above the requirements for this game. That is the main cause for my frustration, although not the only one. Read on . . .
Make no mistake, many of the missions in GRAW2 are quite tough, even on the Normal difficulty setting. It's fun, and the challenge of choosing the right course of action is naturally a huge part of games like the Ghost Recon series, but since this is a trial-and-error sort of affair, the slow load times are infuriating when it takes 30-40 seconds to load a saved game, followed by getting killed in 15-20 seconds. The squad AI is hit-or-miss (no pun intended) when it comes to everything from moving from simple movement to actually attacking a specified target. On one hand, my squad members often spotted and eliminated enemies that I hadn't noticed, but on the other hand, they'd often appear to get hung up - or take inexplicable detours - while navigating terrain that was cleared of enemies. I didn't dare try ordering them to climb stairs or sneak around enemy positions. Other minor annoyances include grenades that often decide to sail far over the heads of even the most distant enemies, helicopters shooting through mountains, and erratic targeting on the RPG and anti-tank missile launchers. But that's the bad news. The good news is that the game moves along at a good pace, although the single-player campaign is pretty short at only ten missions. The enemy AI is substantially better than that of the Ghost squad in most cases, putting up a fight without being unrealistically difficult. The graphics are good, especially explosions, smoke and other effects. Movement is fairly fluid, the equipment and squad member selection is varied, and the missions likewise have good variety. If anything, the maps and missions are improved over GRAW1. I was surprised that the UAV drone is employed so rarely compared to GRAW1, and usually is only available in missions where it's really not necessary. Very random, and absent in missions where it would have been most useful. In closing, this is a fun sequel to the fine GRAW1, but frustrating for a number of reasons and rather short. Probably not something that will win Ubisoft any new fans, but worth picking up from the bargain bin if you're already one.

GRAW2 is more similar to Rainbow Six 3 than Vegas or Vegas 2, in the fact that you are offered more tactical control over your squadmates and equipment. It is still a "dumbed" down version of the original Rainbow Six series, although I rather enjoyed GRAW2. The equipment choices are pretty "modern", with the game set during 2014. The uniform looks similar to a futuristic version of the ACU pattern, with obvious differences found in the head-up display. The "UAV" in the game is based on an existing design that is often referred to as the flying beer keg (do a Google search for this). You have artillery/mortar support in a few missions, along with F-22s to bomb designated targets. The M1 Abrams comes in handy in a few of the missions. I found myself getting killed by a sniper in the marketplace and eventually changed my strategy to use the M1 Abrams as cover (not a smart idea in real life because each time the 120mm fired, the character's hearing would be lost) until I took him down. The tank driver is an idiot, and I found it frustrating that I couldn't take it over and just mow down the enemy. The graphics are great, and is an overall fun game to play especially at its current budget prices. Pros: Tactical team control, good weapon choices (FN SCAR L and FN SCAR H), you get to use other assets in certain missions (Tank, UAV, mortars) Cons: Friendly AI is stupid Overall: 4/5 stars

I recieved this game and its starts the set up process right away but as soon as you enter the product key that it comes with it says "invalid product key." I looked up patches, updates, and other things that may help and no matter what I did it will not work. Even on the game's website it states this is a very common problem and gives you the patch which doesn't fix the problem.

Having played through GRAW1 in all modes and with various enhancement packs, I just had to get GRAW2 for some more.
The story-line isn't as complex as the first Advanced Warfighter and that sorta took some of the fun out of it. Nevertheless, there were some excellent challenges and it was still a compelling plot. Ultimately, though, the mechanics didn't really change much so it was really more like a mission pack in the spirit of Desert Seige being part of the original Ghost Recon set. I'm impatiently awaiting GRAW3, which is supposed to have yet more new technologies to play with. I just hope the story line is good, as well. Anyway, the third-party vendor drop-shipped it to me quickly after my order via Amazon and the guys at UBI were even good about getting me another Reg code when I lost it. Kudos to everyone involved.

While this is an older title the game plays well even on my VISTA OS. Graphics are good, weaponry is okay, although there is too much recoil in all the firearms. I like the fact that you have a squad to work with and that allows for some strategy like flanking, charging, ambush etc. I really like the game a lot. Advanced Warfighter Rocks!

This is a great game, but I'm not a great player. I really enjoy the great scenery and maps, but can't usually get very far in the game before I'm killed....then have to start all over again. Even on "easy", I find this game difficult, I admit it. The trainer can be downloaded from FilePlanet and it alows you to go through the game and survive. I enjoy surviving. I don't find playing the same 15 yards of real estate over and over again fun, so getting to the end of the chapters is a great pay off. I can't apologize for playing in "god mode" when at the end I've enjoyed the experience. Get the game and enjoy it with the trainer program.

My order never been received, but once I send a message about that, very soon I got a "No questions asked" refund because of the fault of US Postal Service.
