I bought this soundtrack simply because I loved the song Lithium Flower and it was well done on this cd. I'm not a CD collector I simply buy when I find a song to introduce me to something and I was happy to have found the sound track original and had a great variety of music. Some of the tracks have some English lyrics which was great for someone like me who is one of those who tries to sing along with it even though I am tone deaf:)
I am thrilled to have found a soundtrack that stood up to the work it was created for, very creative and worth my money.

Yoko Kanno does Techno. Sort of. A lot of the tracks don't have the heavy beat that normally characterizes techno. Still good though. Inner Universe (opening), Stamina Rose, Run Rabbit Junk are good. Animation is also top-notch, with excellent CG. I liked it a lot more than I did the original Ghost in the Shell movie, but unfortunately, the import DVD's are region 2 encoded.

This is truly a brillint CD.
Every track on here is lovely.
I havn't stopped listining to it in over a month.
The music is very addictive and inner universe is by far the best song I have ever heard.
Origa is a woman of true talent.
I reccomend this Cd to anyone who can appreciate diverse, beautiful music.
