Best knife in my collection.

I wanted to try this knife from Giada's new collection, I bought this and one of her new pans the same day. Both are outstanding! This knife does it all. It slices, and dices, LOLL, and stays sharp, longer than most knives in my drawer. I use it for everything, and have found that I don't even need to switch over to a paring knife for more delicate work. The tip of this knife is very handy, and the roll of the design makes it very easy to work with. Even though I have many chefs knives in my collection, the roundness of this knife, rocks through dicing onions with ease and I can mosty get a large quantity done up, before the tears come! I'm sold on Giada's collection and will be adding more to my household.
And, as always, knives DON'T keep their sharpness after washing in hot water, and, ESPECIALLY, in the dishwasher! If you put the knife in the dishwasher, expect to have to sharpen it every use. You NEVER see any proffesional chef throw THEIR knives in the dishwasher, OR the hot soapy dish water. They wipe them off, gently, and they are ready for their next use, and, still sharp. So, don't complain when the knife gets dull so fast, when you're too lazy to take care of it, correctly.
