Guitar Purchase/customer service,

12 String Guitar came and was unplayable. Strings 1/2 buzzed on all frets. Called Amazon immediately, they were prompt in getting the the return lable to me. Said a new one would be shipped out immediately. Arrival date came and went. Amazon said they were out of the guitar although website showed they had three avaialbe. No response from customer service on the matter. Claimed a 10 day wait for refund, recieved refund in 3 days.

The sound of this guitar is incredible and the beauty of the Rosewood is great. The playing action is low and fast also. The over all quality of this Guitar and the way it plays, you would expect it to cost as much as Martin's or Taylor's. It sounds as good or even better because the Craviola shape gives it it's own ORIGINAL, UNIQUE sound. I would highly recommend this guitar to any guitar player at any playing level. To play one is to fall in love with one! The ONLY bad thing I have to say is the way Amazon shipped this product. I was very surprised that nothing on the guitar was broken when I received it.
