Amongst the archeological ruins of the Fori Imperiali, five modern day artists--Joseph Kosuth, Domenico Bianchi, Maurizio Mochetti, Marina Abramovic, and Michelangelo Pistoletto--have mounted site-specific installations, communicating with the forums via the universal idiom of art.
