5.0 out of 5 stars Superb quality at a superb price, February 6, 2007
This review is from: Gibraltar SC-4245 High Torque Drum Key (Electronics)
I bought this key to go with my sons lot of goodies thinking it would be good for the marching snares (high torque is their middle name). This key is really well constructed and is alot longer than your average key. It gets to those hard to reach places with ease, the band guys love it! So far it seems to be really strong too and torques up those marching snares with no problems. I like the key so much I'm thinking about getting one for myself for my kit.

3.0 out of 5 stars Larger than you'd expect; not good for tight places; not adjustable., December 9, 2010

Don't let the picture and it's T shape fool you; this thing is actually rather large. I bought mine as a replacement for my Rock Band Ion Drum Rocker kit because I lost the torque it came with. This was the most affordable choice, unfortunately. It DOES WORK for the purpose, but it's horribly inconvenient for the tight squeezes needed to assemble the Rock Band pro drum kit.

Also, the picture makes it look like the horizontal part of the T is adjustable and slides back/forth to fit your needs, but it's actually glued and won't move. The original Drum Rocker torque did slide, which made tight spots easier to reach. Just keep that in mind.

Overall, it's still worth the cheap price considering how difficult it is to find these things at a decent price.
