This model is based on the body of a 135 but playability essentially matches a 335. However, it has some characteristics similar to the Les Paul - notably the locations of the pickup switch and the cable output (both of which I prefer this way as opposed to the other). Because of its mohogany center, feedback is minimal and sustain is good. It has a very broad range of tones that reach not quite as dark and warm as a 335 to not as bright as the LP. It's an outstanding instrument that can play virtually any genre of music. Indeed, versatility is this guitar's strength.

Folks, Thaís guitar is simply perfect! I got mine in the Amazon site, had it delivered to my hotel in Fort Lauderdale and i tested in my iPad Garage Band, while I was away from Home and from my equipment. In the iPad it sounded really great, I did some two or three songs just for fun using several amp setups and the tone and sustain from the guitar was really nice. But I couldn't wait to get home and to turn it up in my B52 212 combo, which is a very nice brother of the famous Mesa Dual Rectifier. Anyway, the guitar came with a very sound hard shell case, it flew from Miami to Sao Paulo and arrived very safe, just the usual minor scratches in the case, but totally protected. When I finally connected it to my amp, I just could not believe my ears, the tone is GREAT, the sustain is FANTASTIC and the overall feeling is like heaven...
So, if you have any doubts regarding this guitar, forget them, you can buy with your eyes closed.
I play Classic Rock, Blues, and Brazilian songs, it does great, slight lower output than the Les Paul, but more solid, more medium tone, juicy feedback which you can control without any problems.
Then, to conclude, this is perfect guitar for any need, go for it and I assure you won't regret at all.

Very easy on the eyes and wonderful to play.
Craftsmanship was on the money.
Once tuned she purrs remarkable sounds.
