Terrific,
This review is from: Gibson Girl Paper Dolls (Dover Victorian Paper Dolls) (Paperback)
This book will delight paper doll enthusiasts. The dolls have complete wardrobes, ranging from bathing suits, sportswear, daywear to evening wear. There is even a wedding dress accessorized with a handsome groom! "Gibson Girls Paper Dolls in Full Color" is a lovely tribute to the Gibson Girl phenomenon.

Enjoyable...,

This paper doll set, like the others, has a great deal of charm and a lot of character. In this case, the characters are also namable and have beautiful clothing items and the ever-helpful hints on the inside of the cover and back. I think this will appeal to many girls, especially those who like dressing up...these are a great deal of fun.

Gibson Girls are Beautiful!,

These paper dolls are beautiful. There is a great variety of clothing. The colors are bright and the paper is really high quality.
Unfortunately, the dolls are not the punch out type. They will have to be cut out by hand. I am planning on using an x-acto knife. The clothing is very elaborat. For an adult, it will be a tough job to cut them out. I hope my granddaughter appreciates the effort. The heavy paper is great for the dresses. I intend to put the ladies on heavy cardboard to make them more durable. These are too beautiful not to make them last as long as possible. Once I cut them out, I intend to store them in page jackets to store them. Ooh, to have a waist that small!
