This book will delight paper doll enthusiasts. The dolls have complete wardrobes, ranging from bathing suits, sportswear, daywear to evening wear. There is even a wedding dress accessorized with a handsome groom! "Gibson Girls Paper Dolls in Full Color" is a lovely tribute to the Gibson Girl phenomenon.

This paper doll set, like the others, has a great deal of charm and a lot of character. In this case, the characters are also namable and have beautiful clothing items and the ever-helpful hints on the inside of the cover and back. I think this will appeal to many girls, especially those who like dressing up...these are a great deal of fun.

These paper dolls are beautiful. There is a great variety of clothing. The colors are bright and the paper is really high quality.

Unfortunately, the dolls are not the punch out type. They will have to be cut out by hand. I am planning on using an x-acto knife. The clothing is very elaborat. For an adult, it will be a tough job to cut them out. I hope my granddaughter appreciates the effort.

The heavy paper is great for the dresses. I intend to put the ladies on heavy cardboard to make them more durable. These are too beautiful not to make them last as long as possible. Once I cut them out, I intend to store them in page jackets to store them.

Ooh, to have a waist that small!

I'm a great fan of Tom Tierney's paper dolls.I love this book,specially the wedding gown and ball dresses ( the red velvet one is my favourite),but I don't know why the figures doesn't have proper names,as in other Tierney's books.

My favorite costumes (not pictured on cover) are the lilac croquet costume and purple and gold velvet tea gown. Good quality!

The dolls and clothes are beautiful and penmanship exquisite. The children I bought them for were age 7. I got a wonderful thank you note from them. Nice price too.

These Gibson Paper Dolls are beautiful! I was surprised at how many costumes are included and that there are even male dolls! The men don't come with extra clothes, but are handy as escorts for the beautiful ladies. And who can have a bride without a groom! I will buy more of these paper doll sets. I highly recommend, especially if the beloved girls or women in your life are into paper dolls. Love them!

I just get lost in the fanisty of the era when I look at this paperdoll book..I buy them to use on altered art projects,decoupage but ive not cut on this one yet......its fine quality paper,great coloring..I love the way the ladies and gentlemen look so eligant...maybe someday ill use it for a project..but not today:) B.W.
