THE GIBSON AND RELATED FAMILIES
With Related Families and with Royal Ancestors

THE GIBSON AND RELATED FAMILIES book traces several Gibson and some of their Related Families to some of the most famous of early European Royal Ancestors. See below for a Partial List of the Related Families. Some of the Related Families have special sections devoted to them and start very early. We begin the Jeffries Families in the 1600s, the Hall Families in 1700s, the Marsh families 1700s to current, the Peterson Families 1700s to 1900s, the Lowther families year 940 to late 1800s, the Coburn families in 1600s, the Means families in 1700s, the Kemper families in 1600s. See below for a longer list of the Related Families.

We have also included in the book some information we found during our researching that did not connect to our Gibson families. Some of these are; Thomas Gibson b1485 with five generations for him; John Gibson born early 1600s with five generations for him; Jonathan Gibson came to Virginia in 1720 with one generation for him; Nicholas Gibson who was born 1765 lived in West Virginia with several generations and lots of information about him.

The Gibson families in the book begin with William Gibson, died 1813 age 98, lived on Broad Run, Fauquier Co., VA. His occupation was a Weaver. We tell about his famous Royal Ancestors. His descendants moved to KY, Ohio, Western Virginia (WVa), and to many other states. His son William Jr. moved to KY. Many descendants of William Sr. are traced into the late 1900rds through church, courthouse and other records we found during our research trips to VA, WVa, Salt Lake City, Wash. DC.

The book is 5 ½ x 8 ½ in a blue and silver hard cover. A beautiful addition to your bookshelf. It is full of family information about these Gibson families and their related families. There are 728 pages of generations, genealogies, history, marriages into other families, their births, marriages, deaths, and many other things. We tell about some of the many places named in honor of those with the surname. It has facts about the origin of the surname. It has maps and information about some of the places they lived, showing the territory at the time they were living there.
