3 episodes of Sally Field's short-lived but critically-acclaimed sitcom.

In the first episode, Gidget gives Larue a makeover but Gidget's dad is the one who's attracted, or so eveyone thinks. Hilarious farce comedy!

In the second episode, Richard Dreyfuss makes an appearance as a high school nerd who's confidence is boosted by Gidget only to have him dump her before she can sympathetically dump him.

In the third (and the best of the 3) episode, Gidget meets with Jeff's parents but misunderstandings occur. I won't tell you anymore. You'll have to watch it and laugh your head off for yourself.

Great episodes. Great acting. Great show. Great purchase...if you buy it.

i love sally field as gidget. i remember when mtv used to have gidget marathons on the weekend and afterschool(way back when i was in high school). she always made me remember that high school was supposed to be fun and the things she was going through was somewhat familiar to me. i think gidget and mr. lawrence are great!

To me there was nothing better than watching Sally Field as Gidget in the 1960s television series. Over the past few years it is more and more difficult to find this series in re-runs. This video includes 3 episodes and is definitely worth the money. I hope that the rest of the Gidget series becomes available for purchase.

Much better than today...was another time and place. Ah, the sweetness of girls from a day gone by. My friends and I wanna know where you can find these kind of girls. While it's true "gidget" was just a show, there were still plenty of girls like her back then...put these "hot" chicks today in a brown paper bag, shake 'em up...all the same! Nothing special about any of 'em! This video and her other one are VERY good...she's cute, clever, resourceful, independant, lovable! get's herself in and out of trouble herself, always in episodes. I recommend every young girl to purchase at least one of them, sit down, watch and really see a "model" example of what both parent's and guy's (really dig in a chick and)...can be proud of!

These were cute TV shows. I enjoy Sally Field as Gidget. This is a good video to watch when there's nothing else to do, and you don't want to be bogged down with a full-length movie.

I loved this show as a teenager, and this set of videos was so much fun to watch! I just hope they put the rest of the episodes on video, since no cable channels have picked it up.

The three Gidget videos are the favorites in our house. Great cast, Sally Field, Don Porter and even has Peter Duel in some of the shows. I sincerely hope the trend goes back to the older sitcoms when comedy was funny and original. We hope Columbia Tristar brings out the rest of the series on video. It is great viewing for the whole family.

We really enjoyed this movie. If anyone likes the Gidget then I reccommend this movie to them. As far as I am concerned Sally Field makes this movie and with the price being so right it is a fun one to share with the family.

The first "Gidget" movie is alot of fun to watch: not only is there surfing (okay,alot of it is fake) but the fact that there's a girl in it, "a girl, a midget, a Gidget", is fantastic...

Surfing is still a very male dominate sport and it shouldn't be.

The first "Gidget" movie is, in my opinion, a classic!
