Easy excercises for parents who love to touch their baby!,

The excersises are divided into six parts and are easy to follow. The massage therapist takes her time to show you how to do it in a non patronizing manner. The tips about massaging your baby while shopping, sitting in a park, any where else than on 'the baby massage table' are also very useful. And although the video was recorded in 1991 it doesn't have that dated feel to it.Our son is 3 months old and enjoys all types of massage, all according to his moods: the head massage when he is sleepy, the back massage after playing, the leg and arm massage right after waking up. Even the excersises we have made up along the line, inspired by the video, he enjoys! Massaging is truly a gift to both baby and parents! |
