Powerful, thoughtful and concise description of energy fields, chakras, auras. Their inter-relationships and practical advice how to heal others are clearly described by excercises and examples. Pulls together many ideas into an integrated whole. Extremely well written and explained with drawings, pictures and illustrations.

As a psychiatric nurse with over 28 years of experiences, I found this book to intergrate thoughts I have felt for many years.Written in a logical and well- documented way ,and by including research, this author has helped me to feel comfortable enough to pursue working in the area of healing therapeutic touch.
