Disappointed Gift to Give, January 30, 2010
This review is from: Gift Tower (Misc.)
I purchased several of these as gifts. I received one for myself and was truly disappointed in the small amounts of sweets. The packaging was good but I would have prefered less packaging and more sweets. Although I previously rated this item as good, after seeing the actual product, I would not recommend this item as a gift. It was not a good value for the dollars spent.

Deceptive Trade Practice not too strong a statement ..., September 24, 2010
This review is from: Gift Tower (Misc.)
Picture is misleading; product description resembles contents only in
that sweets are included. Stale cookies of the Dollar store variety, two pieces
of low quality fudge, about 1 x 1 inch each. Some chocolate covered pretzels
with the chocolate already starting that white moldy thing that bad chocolate does.
NEXT is when you are truly caught out. Ours was a birthday surprise for my son. My husband was home when the boxes came. He did not have the heart to rip the sweets out of our son's hands when he saw the low-quality, crusty goods scattered throughout a generous amount of green and red crinkle paper. I did, two hours later.
SO, THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE REFUNDED. If you send to a relative or a friend, you will probably never know you sent them several boxes of penny candy. At my house, some of the product was, well, inside the birthday boy.
NOTE: One reason I went with this Art of Appreciation Sweet Sentiments tower rather than a birthday themed item is because it was available for the right day. This was if I paid extra for fed-ex shipping. I did. The package was late. Fed-Ex opened a case on it, however nothing has been done.
