Good music, great laughs!,

Some of the best Arrogant Worms tunes are bundled on this CD (note: there are no bad Arrogant Worms songs). In addition to songs that are simply funny, the Worms write "style parodies" like Weird Al does, songs that mimic other artists's styles or that fit a musical genre (check out "Boy Band" -- it's a scream!)And if you're gonna have one of those days where you have a song stuck in your head all day, it might as well be "Song Inside My Head."

Not entirely the Best of..,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)

This is a good album to get a feel for the Worms, but it is kind of a grab bag. Most of the songs really are classics, but you'll probably like some more than others. Also, some of the songs have mutated a bit over time, so the version on one album may be a bit different from that on another (and all bets are off on live performances..) - so get all the albums just to be safe! And I still don't know why Dangerous and The Last Saskatchewan Pirate aren't on here. Still, it's a good way to get introduced to the guys, and if you want to get more than just the few albums offered here, check the Amazon.ca web site, or just go to the Worms own site: (...)

Vastly underpriced,

This CD is awesome. At their best, the Arrogant Worms leave audiences crying, and this CD has some terrific cuts. The 10- and 14-year-olds and their carpool friends love to sing along with "I Am Cow," "Rippy the Gator," "Let There Be Guns" and "Jesus' Brother Bob" among others. And "Carrot Juice is Murder" has to be one of the most clever songs ever done. The few clunkers are easily skipped. Buy it.

The Worms have a wonderfully fresh combination of comedy and music, and they are able to easily switch musical styles. It's a delight !!We have our own "best worms" list and at least half of them are on this CD. You will enjoy this. I do wish they had included some of our other favorites, including "Rocks and Trees", and "Canada's Really Big". I have played those for my young Welsh nieces and they just LOVED them.

Great CD!,

Overall, I really enjoyed this CD but was a little disappointed that a few of my favorite songs (ie Killer Robots from Venus) were not on it. Even so, I absolutely loved the new songs they added, especially "Song Inside my Head." (funny thing is, when a friend and I listened to it, it didn't get stuck in our heads) I would definitely suggest buying this CD, especially if you haven't bought all of the other ones already.

i LOVE this CD...especially the two previously unreleased songs. It's so fun and everytime I turn it on I smile. You can't have a bad attitude when you're listening to the Arrogant Worms. It's just not possible...at least not for me.

Very refreshing to listen to a group of musicians that are obviously very talented, and can also make you laugh.
We all loved 'Santa's coming', 'Carrot juice is murder'. 'Malcolm'. 'me like hockey'. 'big fat road manager'. oh buggerit, I might as well say, that we pretty much all loved the whole album.

The Worms Invade the U.S.!,

Well, it's great to finally see the boys from Campellford Ontario getting some attention from south of the border. Kudos to Oglio Records for taking a chance. For the uninitiated, Gift Wrapped is a good place to start because the majority of the tracks are from the last couple of cds where the production has been somewhat slicker. The Worms have been one of Canada's best musical comedy groups since the early 90's when they released their self-titled debut cd. Gift Wrapped is a good showcase for the group. They move effortlessly from each musical style they employ.

This CD, like all Arrogant Worms is simply funny. The Arrogant Worms take a very humerous approach to everyday issues that we explore in our day to day life, for example, driving, food, other people.
