Good for the low price, but not always accurate. If you're looking for an approximate value of coins in your jar, this is ok. If you're looking for the exact value, you'll probably need to spend a little more money on a higher quality product.

Ah, this is such a new and innovative way to save your coin money. I love it. That being said, I bought this product for a few dollars cheaper on ebay, but it still seems to be a fairly good deal on Amazon. I bought this for myself because the concept was intriguing and I always seem to wonder how much I actually have in my coin jar. I expected the jar to be of glass, but it is a decent plastic that should hold up well over time. This would probably make a good gift for that person that "has everything". Enjoy!

This is a great product to keep or give as a gift. I have given two of them; one was a wedding shower gift and their wedding date is 10-16 so I put in $10.16. Another was a Xmas gift and I put in $12.25.

These were purchased as gifts for my granddaughter and mother. both requested them after seeing my husbands. We are all very pleased with the way they are working. Fun way for my granddaughter to watch her money grow.

This is a neat idea, not a great execution. It really isn't any more functional than a jar for coins. When you add coins you have to press them through the slot on the top, and push hard enough to make the counting lever move so it can count the coin. The lever is pretty stiff, so sometimes you push a coin halfway and don't get it and push again. This makes the counter count several coins being inserted and there is no way to correct this without resetting the thing and putting all the coins through again. This is mainly an issue for a child that might try to shove two or three coins at the same time, or mess around by inserting a coin halfway and pulling it out again. I left it at three stars, as if you are careful inserting the coins it is pretty accurate.

Honestly, save your money and use a jar. Take the jar to your bank or credit union and they will usually count them for free with their coin sorters, and you get a receipt saying how much you deposited. Much easier, and more accurate too. It is fun to be surprised with how much you get back.

we gave these jars to our 2 grandchildren, ages 5 and almost 8. We also gave them a bag of coins of different denominations. the kids loved the jars. I hope that they will last. Batteries are not included so be sure you purchase some in advance of giving the gift

For the money I can't complain too much. It serves it's purpose and seems to be pretty accurate as far as counting the coins goes. I would reccomend this product to someone. Glad I bought it.

Got this for my grandson. Talked him into saving money and wanted to make it fun for him. He loves it. I'm glad I got it for him.

This was a gift for my step-father. I have heard that he loves it, I don't see why he wouldn't. It keeps change in one safe place and keeps track of how much is there for you.

This bank sits out on my counter so I can put my change in it each day. I feel like a kid again watching the total after each coin!!
