I have bought a number of different motherboards from Gigabyte, and they have all been well manufactured, solidly built and well-supported. This is one more to add to that list. I bought it to build a mini-hackintosh... it works well, and I'm very happy with it.

This board worked from the start contrary to other reviews. I updated to F7 bios using the provided @Bios utility. Crazy I know, but it has dual bios so I wan't too worried.

Using two SSDs in AHCI mode + 2TB HDD. Running Ubuntu 11.04 x64 and Win7 x64. Stress tested overnight w/o problems.

Very pleased. I'm used to higher end enthusiast boards.

UNINSTALL the Gigabyte utilities if you install them. Those utilities added several seconds to boot time after entering password in Win7.

Over the past 2 weeks I have had the great pleasure of having hands on experience in putting together not 1, but 4 of the Gigabyte H67N-USB3-B3 boards. All 4 builds were to replace 4 prior Intel i3 530/540 cpu's mated with Gigabyte H57 microATX boards utilizing different mfg/make of DDR3 and all with AMD HD5450 graphics cards based in Silverstone cases in HTPC's throughout the house. Each build was transferred from the aforementioned cases into Apex MI-008 cases (also a great product) and outfitted with LITE-ON 4x Blu-ray IHOS104 drives. My combination also carried not only assorted DDR3 from Corsair, Patriot and Kingston, but also assorted 64 gig SSD's from Zalman, Kingston and Samsung.

Upon first boot up I had the latest BIOS update (F5) waiting on a flash drive, and as a side note all boards were shipped with F2 BIOS. All updating went flawlessly and was very quick. As I spent no time in BIOS rev. F2 I cannot speak to its stability, however F5 appears to be extremely stable across multiple hardware combo's and running Win7 as I have not seen ANY random reboots, nor anything else but flawless stability. SSD drives are all in AHCI mode as they should be and are working extremely well with great throughput.

Performance as a HTPC is a nice improvement over the aforementioned replaced combo. I feel the I3 2100 processor's integrated graphics (IGP) in particular (with the latest May driver update) is an extremely potent IGP for HTPC use with extremely accurate rendering both visually and sonically, and I also feel it is a significant improvement from the HD5450. Also note that the board has dual HDMI outputs as well.
