I am not a heavy gamer but I do play some racing games like Asphalt 7 and 8 as well as Need for speed plus a few others. I mainly bought this card over a similar priced Nvidea card because I wanted Dual DVI, HDMI and Display port on my graphics card. I also wanted a good card to push around the pixels on my Dell U2713Hm 2560x1440 monitor. My last card was an Nvidea and I have to say I like the AMD card just as well. If you have a 1080p monitor this card will let you play any game with fairly high settings as long as you have a pretty relevent CPU like a intel core i3 4130 or amd fx4130. I watched a you tube video with this card up against a Nvidea Gforce 750ti playing Chrysis 3 and this card was just about neck and neck with the 750ti. It stayed close to even or 2 to the most 4 fps under the 750ti. The card in the video may have been the 2 gig version but even if it was this card is a very strong choice for your dollar and a lot of times the ram does not make that big of a difference depending on the game you are playing and the video cards processor. Some times the extra ram is overkill and does not give you better frame rates after the GPU is maxed out. This is a very good card and highly recommended by reviewers for a great mid range card ! I got a Gygabyte Motherboard to go with mine Gygabyte makes some great products !

Well I have had this card for a few months now and have not had a single problem with it. I am running it with a Core I-5 4570 , 16 gigs of Corsair ram and a Samsung 840 Evo ssd connected to a GIGABYTE GA-H87M-D3H LGA 1150 Intel H87 motherboard and powered by a Corsair CX500m and everything works together beautifully !

White-knuckle speed, and surgically precise performance. This is my first GDDR5 gpu, and I am not disappointed. I wholeheartedly recommend this card. It is already OC'd and can tackle Batman: Arkham Origins on Ultra settings delivering 60 FPS! You will not regret this purchase.

Installation was super easy and had no issues! I'm constantly playing games on my computer and the difference from this card and the last one was night and day. I literally gawked at all the little details that I was able to see on my computer. I have a HP pavillion p6-2100. It was just barely able to fit into the case, but it's working beautifully. I do have a better power supply though as I don't believe the default supply would be able to handle this. For someone who really only plays World of Warcraft I'm super happy. I also like that it has dual output so I can start my project to get two monitors.

Was a significant upgrade to my ailing 6670. While I'm no longer a heavy gamer, this card has handled any game I've tested on it typically with high to highest settings.

Was getting fine performance but suffering frequent crashes. After lots of tweaking and messing with drivers I swapped the card out for a NVidia GTX 650 based card, a theoretically weaker card, and overall performance and the crashes stopped.

I'm fairly sure this is a driver issue. Count me done with AMD/ATI GPUs.

I've been building computers for a long time as a hobby, and being a gamer on a budget, I always want the best bang for the buck.

I spent hours, if not days and weeks researching youtube, amazon, and google on what type of video card I should get. Originally, I was looking at the HD 7770 series, but after reviewing other articles and benchmarks, I've decided that the R7 260X was decent enough for gaming, and it was well within my budget.

I upgraded from a Nvidia 9800GT 512MB DDR3 that was on a dual core AMD FX 3800+ at 2.0GHZ, now I upgraded my entire PC using the AMD FX 8120 8-core (3.5ghz each core).

I haven't tested that many new games yet, but I do know it runs Counter Strike GO at 60FPS on ultra settings (with fraps on too), and I've tested GTA IV at different settings (fps goes from 16 up to over a 100 depending on how you tweak the graphics).

Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, and I'm more than confident it will run all your top 3d games of today and well into tomorrow.

I'm using AMD FX 8120 CPU, ASUS motherboard, 8GB DDR5 1600MHZ RAM, 1TB western digital hard drive, and all my games look great on high or even ultra settings.

Even though its only 1GB of video ram, it's more than enough unless you want to play crysis 3 at ultra settings (which I'm sure you'll lag on this card).

Plus, I got a VGA monitor (using a VGA to DVI adapter) and a DVI monitor connected to this for a dual screen setup which kicks butt.

Plus, it has HDMI out if you want to connect to a HDTV. I hope this review helps. It's a great upgrade from DDR3 to DDR5 video card technology.

Btw, it fit fine in my HTPC case!

This video card did not work for me. I like the company so it's hard to give a bad review because I have used other things which have worked well. My experience was that in my PCI Express 2.0 Asus P8Z68-V LX motherboard it would not show anything. I had a blank screen but the machine booted. I tried lots of things including connecting remotely to see if I could get anything. I have spent time in the past on support calls and I did not wish to do this again. I should at least get a VGA screen and then be able to install the drivers. Having a black screen was very dissapointing.
