My six year old daughter loves this book. We have other books by the same author and love those as well. It's a very cute story and informative too. There are tons of flaps to lift up and a couple of wheels and tabs to move which make the book appealing to a little girl. This is not a toddler's lift the flap book. I agree with another reviewer that this is a great book for the 5-7 year old and would make a perfect gift.

This is a fantastic book which my BOYS (yes, BOYS!) ages 6 and 8 totally love. It is my go-to birthday gift (I have a stack of these books in my closet!) It has so much going on that the kids can read it over and over, discovering something new every time. I can't wait for the next one...and the cartoon series!

So perfect for my 5 year old daughter who couldn't put it down! So many fun to lift flaps and wheels to spin...but wait...there is actually content that you want your child to learn about in this book! One page has four stores to explore from dress up in the Parade of Fashion to a mini book about Amelia Earhart in the Book Shop. This author knows how to draw in young girls. Lots and lots of facts hidden behind flaps. I know my little emerging reader is going to be returning to this book for years.

I will be buying more as birthday gifts!
