When I first became a "waxer", I didn't purchase any of the numbing sprays or afterwax lotions because all the reviewers said they were useless. I ordered this on a whim just to check it out and I am so glad I did. It is very soothing and makes the red go away. I will continue to use it and will buy more.

But for a lotion this stuff smells pretty strong. Sadly, there's no pleasant lotion-y smell here. Other than that, this works very well and takes any irritation out after I epilate. Also, a little goes a long way. Good news as I use this on my legs. If you don't mind the medicine-y smell, then go for it.
