Allows for easy mounting of residential window films. 16 oz. bottle is ready-to-use (no mixing required) and will clean glass, activate the precoated adhesive on the film, and lubricate the film surface during application. Includes lint-free wipe. No need to buy separate bottle, deionized water, or separate cleaning wipe. For use with other CP Films, Inc., window films and products stocked in Do it Best Corp RSC's.

what comes in the mail is a 1.2oz bottle of concentrate. you have to mix it with a quart of distilled water and put it into your own spray bottle. misleading (at the very least) advertising.
