This workout is great! It is divided into 3 levels for beginner, intermediate, and advanced abs. Beginners just do the first segment, but as you get stronger, you continue with the workout until you are completing the entire video. It is quite rewarding to get to that point too! Gilad offers encouragement along the way, helping to motivate you to finish (just 2 more, you gotta want these!). I would not buy a workout video from anyone but Gilad.

this workout kicks butt and gilad is very motivating i use to watch his program years ago and it was just as good there is a build up with this workout so if you dont workout on the regular you can get into i loved it
