This is a tremendous exercise video for beginners to advanced. Gilad challenges and encourages throughout the session motivating you to literally become part of the team right down to the counting. He shows you proper form during all aspects of the various exercises reminding you to stay positioned correctly. This exercise video targets those areas we seem to neglect the most, but want to look the best. The warm-up and cool-down are fantastic and essential in proper training. If your serious about exercise and toning your body, this video is a must for every library.

Gilad's excersise tapes are the BEST and easiest to follow along with. Actually this tape, Hips, Abs and Arms Toning is the second one I've bought-------I used the first one so much I wore it out! Even after excersising to this tape 3-4 times per week for the past 2 years I still get an excellent workout. I am now using weights (3 to 5#) with the arm and leg excercises and can definitely tell a difference in how my clothes fit. Gilad's step aerobic tape is also excellent. mete

I work out to this video at least 4 times a week and within the first week of working out I felt and looked stonger and more toned. I am recommendiing this video to my Mom and sisters, so you know its great! Thanks Gilad for getting me back in shape again!
