5.0 out of 5 stars Gilbert's Sale and Lease of Goods, April 21, 2008
Excellent outline which brought clarity to the ramblings of Speidel in the case book "Commercial Transactions." I was able to read this book and then speed read through Speidel and come to class prepared. I used Gilberts, along with the professor's notes, to develop my outline. I have also used Gilbert's Estate and Gift Tax outline with excellent results.
