I bought this without realizing checking the copyright date - note that it does not reflect the big changes to the bankruptcy laws that took effect about a year ago!

The Bankruptcy Code was changed dramatically in 2005. This book was written before 2002 and does not reflect those changes. Don't get ripped off like I did.
