The Fusion Phenom is much better than both the original and Power versions--especially because the handle design allows for a stronger grip. As a man who shaves both his head and beard I found it incredibly easy and comfortable to use--so much so, in fact, that I no longer use any kind of disposable razors for head shaving. The Fusion Phenom gives me an ultra-smooth shave with a smooth-as-butter feel and a smooth-as-a baby's scalp look. My highest recommendation.

Pros:

1. Double sided head - one side standard, other side for precision (sideburns)

2. Smart design - it fits in your hand perfectly

3. Blades last forever - at least 2 times as long as my older razor

4. Fewer cuts from blades - there are 5 close blades (aka little room between the blades) that makes shaving close, but difficult to screw up

Cons:

1. Initially the blades are more expensive, but in the end they last at least 2 times as long as my old razor so they end up being cheaper

I personally like the wider handle and grip on this blade, other than that it is similar to any other good quality razor, only gripe is the price of replacement blades, but I get mine from costco

I've used the original Mach 3 razor for about 9 years, and I have to say that Fusion is a worthy upgrade. The single edge blade doesn't do trimming as well as the product description suggests. However, the 5 main blades are great - give an extremely smooth and close shave.
