Creates lots of foam for car washing. I use a mix (50/50?) of Meguires Gold Class car wash and water and shake it up in the container. Makes nice thick foam and helps to reduce swirling caused by washing.

The product is made with solid brass fittings and durable plastic. I imagine it lasting for a very very long time. Overall the product is very well made. You will not be disappointed with the quality.

On a side note, this has to be one of my better purchases. I use it for was washing cars, my home windows, and whatever else needs cleaning. Not only does it make my life easier, it actually makes things cleaner. In all of my applications, I used to fill a bucket with soap and water, wash a little area and then re-dip my wash mitt back into the bucket. Well every time I 'dipped' I would be placing dirt back into the bucket, making subsequent 'dips' less clean. And by the time I got the bottom of the bucket, there was only dirt and water left over. With the foamer the first application has as much 'clean' soap as the last.

Bought the item after finding out about foam guns by accident. I guess dipping a dirty sponge back into the soapy bucket isn't the best way to wash an expensive vehicle. I used it for the first time yesterday. The instructions were a little limited so I need trial an error to figure out settings for soap/water ratio. The gun worked great but I'll do a better job next time now that I have the hang of it. Lots of foam covered the vehicle like shaving cream!!
Durable construction-much better than I expected so I anticipate years of use. I'm glad I found the item and would gladly recommend to a friend or family.

This is a Very nice item. This is a need to have item for the auto detailer. Sprays a large amount of foam making washing you car fun. I used this mostly on my Harleys. Sometimes I lose the bikes in the foam. I use half the soap I would normally use with a bucket and a mitt.

Instructions are poor on setting the gun up, but once you figure it out, it does an amazing job. It generates a great deal of foram, moreso than the cheap $8 ones from discount stores. To get the max benefit from this you must use a quality car soap, such as Duragloss, which you can find at your local independent auto parts store. Forget the soaps you find at WalMart, AutoZone, or Advance. They're thin and don't contain lubricants. Duragloss costs $15 for the jug, but you save in the long run. You can set the foam gun to it's lowest setting and still blanket your car down in suds. With this gun, you can omit bucket washing by directing the gun at your sponge and washing after a quick presoak.

This foam gun covered my 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8 in 30 seconds. Top to bottom. Challengers cannot be considered a small car by any margin. Which pretty much means this foam gun does the job quickly with no problem. It's really a treat to use. Just make sure you purchase the brass quick-change adapters for your garden hose to make your life easier.

Not good to use by itself. I'm stressing this now. This works good if you're planning on doing a two bucket wash. The main purpose of this foam gun, I feel, is to properly lubricate the surface of your car and to lift dirt and grime prior to washing it. Something merely spraying your car with water can't really do properly.

If you care about car care, you'll be buying this.

This product was very easy to use. I read the directions, then put the unit together in less than 10-15 minutes. This product definitely made washing the car easier. I do not have to keep using the wash brush/bucket method because I can store the soap in the foam gun and just spray it all over the car. Even my neighbor came up the driveway and said it looks way easier to wash a car now, and I agreed. I give a thumbs up to this product!

Suberb...but could do with more instruction manual!

Car/truck/trailer/motor home need a cleaning, but you don't have time?

This product will help. Simply use the detachable gun to rinse your car or windows/deck furniture/etc, attach the foam unit back onto the gun, soap down the car, and use your wash mitt to remove the dirt.

A quick rinse and you're done!

I just RINSED-WASHED-RINSED-DRIED my car (mid-size Chevy) in less than 10 minutes.

Think of the time savings if you need to wash a large boat, motor home, trailer, or airplane. Use it on your home's windows, too!

Plus, you'll use LESS water.

The foamaster is one of the best investments you can make if you are serious about maintaining the paint on your vehicle. The item worked right out of the box. Make sure that you make the investment in a shampoo that creates a lot of foam (suds) and you will not be disappointed.
