Have been looking all over for a good bubbler. Several years ago bought a plastic one for a couple dollars and found it was the greatest thing for watering container plants and spot watering beds. Since I have added more plants, had need another for a second and third line. Bought one of these and loved it, but the head broke off. So when I saw someone had was selling them at close out price of $3.00, I bought three. Regretfully, have broken two more in less than a season. The problem is the head is very thin aluminum and if you drop it when you finish using it, the head can break of where it screws onto the hose. Or if you try to screw the bubbler on by twisting its head, it comes right off. All in all, a very poor execution of product that can be of great use.

And yes, the old cheap plastic bubbler just keeps working. Drops concrete, no problem. Twist the head to tighten, no problem. My only problem is I can't find more of them.

Great product that allows you to water plants at full water pressure without having the water dig into the ground. This bubbler looks better built than the bubblers I've bought from my local osh. Have used this style of bubbler for the past 20 years, as others have noted it is very easy to snap the head off when using. The way around this is to apply CarGo 16002 QuikSteel Steel Reinforced Epoxy Putty Repair, Blister Pack - 2 oz. to the top of the bubbler to give it more support. I provided a picture of how it looks under customer pictures. I've done this for the last two years and they are still holding up.

These have actually become hard to find in stores, now. Used to be everywhere! Nothing beats it for watering that requires more than a drip, but you don't want the dirt disturbed or gouged. So glad to find it at such a good price on Amazon.

I have been having trouble with sediment from my irrigation well plugging up all manner of devices from drip emitters to landscape bubblers. My solution was to install Gilmore Hose End Bubblers with 1/2" Poly-Pipe and compression fittings at an interval that would flood my flower beds in about an hour for each control valve. After about a month everything is thriving with no plug ups at all. I'm very pleased with the performance and the price.

Just what I was looking for. I used a device similar to this 25 years ago to water my garden. I have started a garden again and couldn't find anything like this in stores. Received my order about a month ago, connected them to my hoses and works just like I want it to. I have four Gilmore Bubblers fed by one hose and water four rows at a time. The bubblers control the flow of water to where I have a full flow but don't wash out the soil. I like them...

The bubbler is built well and does exactly what it is supposed to do. This is a good product at a very reasonable price. And you can't beat Amazon Prime for the fastest, most economical shipping in the USA!

I've had one for years. They're still made the same so the still work great. Excellent to soak the soil for new plantings of shrubs, trees, etc. or for too-long neglected young or transplanted plants or young trees in drought conditions.

I have 2 of these. One I use for watering trees fairly rapidly without creating big wash-out area and as a "filter" for my little hand drill pump Jabsco 17215-0000 Drill Pump Kit (another fine product, btw). It filters out leaf matter without clogging when used for emptying in-ground water reservoirs for fountain and water fall to get water level down to manageable to scoop out dirt leaves or vacuum them out with Wet/Dry Shop Vac. and I am not having to empty my little shop vac reservoir 6 times.

The other one I also use as a filter for my A/C drain line. We have problem with slugs in this area. Last year my line got clogged with the beasts and backed up into house and overflowed into AC unit and down floor to carpet. Putting one of these bubblers on end of drain hose has totally solved that problem and for less than $10!!

They are well constructed and sturdy. I am very pleased.

I have several of these to water trees and bushes to get them established and for the periodic watering needed (to avoid shallow roots if a drip irrigation system is used.) Yes these have a tendency to break from banging around but all you have to do is go to Home Depot or Lowes and get some JB Weld ofr metal, mix some up, apply at the joint and around the hose adapter base and it is stronger than ever. These are hard to find locally but necessary for quick deep watering while preventing erosion from a full force hose.

Great service and the product was exactly as advertised. This company is a great source for those things that your local business does not carry.
