The 50-foot Water Weeper Hose is one of Gilmour's specialty soft soaking hoses. It provides gentle, even soaking as water "weeps" through thousands of pores. The hose is extremely flexible for precise positioning around plants and beside flower beds. It saves water by reducing evaporation and targeting specific areas that need to be watered, thereby cutting down on over-saturation and water waste. It can be used above ground or buried, so you have the flexibility you need to work with your water system. The hose is made of 100% recycled vinyl so that it's weather and wear resistant, and it has durable brass couplings for extra strength at the connection points. I have tried various soaker hoses and have never been satified with any of them until I tried this one. I live in a windy location and the soaker hoses would squirt up into the air and blow all over. This hose just weeps and is easily to control with a cheap pressure regulator from WalMart. I like being able to bury it or have it above ground. It is also nice and flexiable. The quality is excellent, much better than any other I have. Recommend this item for anyone who needs a slow steady supply of water on their garden.

This soaking hose really does the job. It saves water (little or no evaporation) and lets the water soak into the ground. Great purchase; will pay for itself fast.

Soaker hose was difficult to find in local stores. replaced a similar hose that had been in my garden for over 5 years. works well.
