I was surprised, this charger actually works! So many of the chargers sold seperately now days don't work. If you have any of these models for the Magellan and need to charge in house rather than in your car, this charger will work for you.

Very necessary to enter addresses into GPS, Can't easily enter addresses while GPS is connected to car charger while driving. THis is a great charger and has worked perfectly!

Sorry to tell you, but the charger you sent me does not fit my GPS Magellan Roadmate 3055MU device. My device needs a charger with small USB tip, the charger you sent me has a cylindrical tip. I would appreciate if you send me the needed charger, and I will send you the wrong charger back. Thank you in advance. Kutka

not sure why a wall charger doesn't come included with the Magellan Maestro navigation system, but this one does the trick! Used several times now with No issues!

This product is as advertised, no more and no less. It charges my Magellan 3100 and that's it. No instructions included.

It's a simple, necessary utility item. They either work to do the job required, or they don't. This one's working ok a couple times now. 'Nuff said!

I am very happy with the power unit I purchased. I was able to update my GPS without the worry of it powering down during the process. I feel the product was worth what I paid.

I just upgraded the maps on my Maestro 3140 to the 2008/2009 versions, and the AC adaptor is just about required for keeping the unit powered up during the multiple hour upgrade cycle (I've read, and the upgrade software says, that interrupting the update process by running out of power or some other reason will end very badly). It also seems that the car adaptor doesn't do as good a job as plugging it in at home and letting it charge overnight. I already had one around the house somewhere but couldn't find it, so I figured the only way I'd find that one was to buy another.

This wall charger is great for my Magellan Maestro 3140. I like having the option of charging my Maestro at home while I program new addresses.

This charger was perfect for our Magellan GPS. Was required to upload maps and updates.
