I ordered this item in December and still have not received it as of March 6. This is for an important event on April 18th and I was told it would ship by the 7th. On the 6th I received an email giving me the option to cancel but they would still try to get the product. If it isn't in by April 5 they will cancel my order. That would leave me 13 days to find it elsewhere. DON'T offer the product if you can't get it in 4 months time! Completely unacceptable! Horrible service. Horrible communication
