A little country, a lot of blues, and a load of rock!!!
Shane Dwight and this CD are a force to be reckoned with!!! His Rock N Roll tracks like "Don't Forget my Name When You Pray" and "Have a Good Time" make you want to get up and dance. His country ballad, "Don't Think Twice", is one of those songs that takes you back to some place else. The title track "Gimme Back My Money" can't be listened to more than a couple times...

Decent
We saw him live and I decided to download his new album. If you get a chance to see him live check it out. He can shred a guitar. The album does him no justice, although it does have some decent tracks. You can tell there is a Nashville record company influence, the guy has talent and it's much better served on the blues scene not country.

This CD is an excellent purchase and makes for a great gift to turn others onto the sound of Shane Dwight. Gimme Back My Money is a great song, well written and performed. I suggest you make every effort to see a live performance and you'll truly be hooked by this East San Jose, Calif musician who is on the verge of rising to the top.
