The description of the book...the entire book...IS JUST LIKE THAT. If you want to read 300 pages of that, go for it, if not don't. I would not reccommend it. It gets one star for unusual idea.

Kenji Siratori is the nanotechnology we create while nobody is looking. We think it is under our control. Slowly, though, it becomes evident the nanotech has corrupted our blood supply, and is replacing our innards with evolutionary malignancy. It's an acquired taste, to be sure. If the book description puts you off don't buy it. Otherwise, get ready for something entirely different; even in the Bizarro literary scene, Siratori stands alone in regards to language innovation.
