Using a plate loaded barbell, dumbbells, a step/platform, and mat, this 60 minute strength workout uses more muscles in a variety of ways. Accommodating all fitness levels, progressive options are offered for each exercise - hard, harder, and hardest.
The exercises are performed 3 times with the first set teaching the exercise, and the second and third sets working the exercise. Participants will be motivated by a successful workout at their fitness level and progressing at their own pace.
This workout is voice cued by Gin and demonstrated by Suzanne and Kelley and it is a complete workout that can be done at home.
